Now that you are ready to start your carefree living at Legacy Bay Townhomes,

Fill in the blanks and sign each page on the signature line.   Include a copy of your photo ID.  The photo ID can be any photo of you that has been issued by the government like a driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.  Scan this if you can, and include it when you email us your completed application to LegacyBayTownhomes@gmail.com.  Or fax your photo ID along with your completed application to our fax number: 607-729-6947.

The application fee is $30.  Make a check or money order out to Legacy Bay Townhomes and mail it to Legacy Bay Townhomes, 436 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY 13905.

If you are emailing us the completed application don’t forget to tell us that your check is coming in the mail.  We’ll contact you as soon as we receive your application.
